I know it was somewhere around then since that's how I played it. It's a pity that not that many people play the DLC maps anymore from what I've found. The game itself hasn't been free on pc but they did make it so you could add most of the DLC to your origin account for free. They have a tradition now of releasing the base game for free and then a couple of DLC whenever a new game is about to pop up.
